I'm realling wanting to purchase the FULL DIGITAL BUNDLE of a MM Book as I love the offer and inclusions, but I need to understand how it works and if I be billed again after I pay AU$47 for the initial purchase price today?

Your AU $47 is a one-time activation. We throw in 30 days of VIP membership access for free as part of the purchase price.

However, if you choose to stay on as a VIP Member and continue to use all of the great services, products and information included in the VIP Member Area, then you'll be automatically charged the ongoing membership monthly subscription fee of AU $9.95 / month from Day 31.

But, regardless of whether you stay or leave, your Online/Live Flipbook access and book related bonuses are yours to keep for life.

What exactly do I get for my AU $47 activation fee?

Is there a physical book in this bundle?

Flipbook vs. PDF—what’s the difference?

Our Online and Live Flipbooks are a gorgeous, swipe-friendly online version that feels like turning real pages on any device.

Feel free to read it one your phone, tablet, laptop or those huge NASA control station PC Screens you love and adore so much.

A PDF is a straight-up file you can download or print, which due to copyrights of the MM Book Series, this option is not available for the MM Books, but is the preferred option for all of the MM Book Reference and Resource materials that you can receive.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I cancel my VIP Membership?

If you really must leave us and all of the great Midlife Maven's you've met along the way, then we're sad to see you go but wish you the best of luck for the future.

Cancelling your membership is super simple, just do the following -

Two clicks: log in → My Account → Subscriptions → “Cancel.”

You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your Flipbook + PDF bonuses stay with you for life.

I've cancelled my VIP Membership, but may want to come back. Can I rejoin again later?

Absolutely. Your original login will still keep your info and just needs a little encouragement to get back to working again.

Simply pop back in (login) anytime and reactivate your membership, at the going monthly rate.

I didn’t get the download email—help!

Firstly take a deep breath and don't panic, it's going to be OK.

Now check your spam & promotions email folders, and then that weird “Updates” tab.

Still MIA?

Shoot us a note at [email protected] with your order number; we’ll resend within 24 hours (often sooner).

Do I need special software to read the Flipbook?

Just an internet browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox on any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.

PDFs open in any free PDF reader (Adobe, Apple Books, Kindle app, etc.) - just in case you were wondering about these also.

Can I print the PDF's I'm downloading from MM?

You bet you can and it's encouraged that you do.

Our PDF files are formatted in "Aussie - A4 Size", but we're happy to resize to US Letter size in the future if the client demand is there.

Feel free to double-side print to save paper (Mother Earth thanks you).

Refunds & Guarantees - FAQ's

Can I get a refund on digital products?

Because digital goods are downloadable, purchases are final and refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.

Do you offer a “satisfaction guarantee”?

We guarantee the content matches the product description and is accessible as advertised.

Results, however, depend on you actually reading the thing that you bought and taking action—no magic wands here!

We'll do the best we can to provide you with information and the tools you'll need to be inspired and encouraged to take action, but at the end of the day, you're the only person that you can rely upon, so ultimately the work needs to be done through you.
